It is 1-2-3 for Jamaica in the 200M

Jamaica cemented their dominance in the men’s sprint by following up their 1-2 finish in the 100M with a 1-2-3 finish in the 200M.

At the end, it was Usain “Lightning” Bolt winning in 19.32, with training partners Yohan Blake 19.44 and Warren Weir 19.84 personal best, finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.

A great post-50th Independence anniversary for the black green and gold. All we can say is wow!

In the women’s 200M finals yesterday, favorite Allison Felix of the USA finished way ahead in first, with Shelly Ann Fraser-Price finishing 2nd ahead of Carmelita Jeter, third. Veronica Campbell-Brown narrowly missed out on a medal, finishing fourth.
