The Green Bay Packers turned 3 Pittsburgh Steelers turnover into 21 points to defeat the Steelers 28-22. In a game where Green Bay led wire-to-wire, down 22-28, Pittsburgh had received ball with 2:07 left in the game, needing just a touchdown + extra point to win. It seemed likely, but it wasn’t to be. Pittsburgh turned it over on downs with just around 40 seconds left in the game, and with only 1 timeout left. That was all she wrote.
Congrats to the Packers, the more settled of the two teams, and Superbowl 2011 Champions.
