The Heat is not looking so "Super" early in their season. In fact many people have complained and people have stopped buying open tickets. The problem is that people expected them to win 80 games, 75 games, 72 games. They expected it to be an fluke/anomaly when the Heat lost.

At 8-7, 15 games into an 82-game season, they can and may still win 70 games, but it would have to turn around now. @csharpe predicts the Heat will win 60-62 games this year, finishing 1st or 2nd in the Eastern Conference. His prediction is that the Heat starts turning things around by the quarter mark (20-21 games). No offense, my bredren, but that's only 5-6 games away.

To @csharpe's credit, he does say the Heat need to put together better practices and that the 9- or 10-man rotation should be set by then, with 2 being replaced when Haslem and Miller returns. We will see.

Dem breda deh a go mash down di place. You are talking 3 of the best players in NBA history, perhaps top 100 of all times. Anyway, the crazy owner of Cleveland Cavaliers had this to say in his "Open Letter to Cleveland fans":

The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you. ...

You simply don't deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal.

In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight:

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE"

You can take it to the bank.

But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called "curse" on Cleveland, Ohio.

The self-declared former "King" will be taking the "curse" with him down south. And until he does "right" by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma.

Just watch.

Da bredda yah cold... I only hope he's not working obeah or believe in witchcraft or anything like that. This bredda is wishing for the worst for the player who left Cleveland for:
-- less money
-- to play with 2 other superstars
-- better hopes of winning a championship
-- less empahsis on individual stardom

Sounds not-so-selfish to me...
